Individual switching to advanced remote metering, allow complete flexibility particularly when the entire system can be upgraded with the minimum amount of work and disruption.

Electric/Water Supplies
The main node used throughout controls the electricity supplies (and optionally gas and water) to individual plots. There are two varieties; Metering and Switching.

Metering
Accurately monitors the supply to each plot and reports the current (ampere), water (litre/min.) or gas usage which is logged by the software.

Switching

A less expensive method which switches the supply to individual plots. Current (ampere), gas or water measurement is not included, but the node can be simply upgraded to include a metered supply.

Exterior Lighting
If required an inexpensive node can be installed to control the lighting throughout the site. The software allows programmable times to turn the lighting on and off, to suit the changing daylight hours and seasons.

Television/Radio
Simple switching nodes can be installed to control TV and radio lines (if available) to each plot. These nodes can be metered - especially useful if satellite or cable TV is available on-site.

Smoke/Intruder Detection
Simple plug-in nodes which require no installation. In the event of any problem with unauthorised entry or the detection of smoke or fumes, this will automatically trigger an alarm at the site office. In the event the site is unmanned, it might be possible for the emergency services to be remotely alerted. If required these nodes can be charged directly to the customer as an optional extra to provide security and peace of mind.
