SabreTech take measures to minimise problems by utilising IBM's advanced
Warp OS/2 - a mature 32-bit operating system with proven stability.

 SabreTooth software
Three different versions of the software are offered. These are called
Base, Elite and Ultimate. Fully upgradable
from the two lower versions upwards. All versions operate at a minimum
resolution of 1024x768.
 Base
The base software offers a simple, but comprehensive interface to control
any of the switching nodes. Includes Alarm notification, Password protection.
 Elite
Required for any metering nodes, but also suitable for use with switching
nodes. Includes all the features in the Base option,
and introduces basic Site Control and e-mail features.
 Ultimate
Full version with all options to support all switching and metering nodes.
Included is;
- Full Customer Booking feature.
- Billing, invoice generation, collation to database.
- Site Control enabling electric control, overload, alarm notification.
- Site Overview with interactive Site Map. Coupled to alarm notification.
- Statistics to show electric consumption, site bookings, etc.
- E-mail facility. Receive up-to-date information on news and products.
Full data retrieval is included. Arrival & Departure times are logged,
along with electricity consumption.
Data Analysis is included, permiting data to be presented in graphical
form; Electric use on daily/weekly/monthly basis, min, max, mean, average,
etc.
Each customer receives their software customised with a site map and
their company logo. Various other enhancements are also included.
The site map allows interactivity with the customer details, simply click
on the appropriate plot to reveal full details. Alarms from any plot are
immediately highlighted allowing action to be swiftly taken.
 Support Scheme
We strongly advise all our customers to take advantage of our Support
Scheme to cover both hardware and software. This has the following advantages;
- Auto-Upgrading of the SabreTooth software for the duration of the
schedule. Includes all new features* once they become available.
- 24 hour Maintainance in the event of a problem. Included within the
hardware maintainance schedule is all hardware; i.e. the computer
and all nodes.
- No call-out charges for the duration of the scheme.
* New Features: Auto-Upgrades Elite and Ultimate versions to the
new specification.
